Technical Support

Binary Computer Systems has designed several different pricing plans. If you are not sure which plan is best for you, contact us for more information.

Each plan has a different monthly retainer fee that entitles you to the following:

  • A preset number of on-site hours at a preset rate so you can manage your spending.
  • Unlimited telephone support.
  • Live troubleshooting and support via the internet.
  • E-Mail support.
  • A reduced hourly rate for on-site work beyond the retainer’s amount of hours.

We also guarantee same day on-site availability - most of the time we are available within four hours.

  • Retainer: $550.00 ($110×5)
  • Base Hours: 5
  • Excess Hourly Rate: $75.00 (on-site)
  • Retainer: $950.00 ($95×10)
  • Base Hours: 10
  • Excess Hourly Rate: $75.00 (on-site)
  • Retainer: $2000 ($80×25)
  • Base Hours: 25
  • Excess Hourly Rate: $75.00 (on-site)

Our plans add up to $6600, $11,400 and $24,000 per year, respectively. Hiring one IT professional for your company could easily cost you double or triple that. Letting Team Binary do the work for you is simply a bargain.

Our services are also available as needed, on-site for $125 per man, per hour. This does not include any other support and we cannot guarantee same day availability. The off-site rate for remote administration and troubleshooting is $75 per man, per hour.

Phone support is also available per request of our non-contract clients. The rate is $25 for the first 15 minutes or $50 for an hour. If the problem is not fixed after one hour, we will come to your place of business to resolve the issue. The $50 will be credited towards the on-site bill. It is our experience that most issues are usually resolved in the first 15 minutes of a support call.

As a reseller of computer hardware and software, Binary Computer Systems shoulders the burden of product research and purchasing by reselling computer hardware and software at a generally lesser cost to the client than if the client purchased the items themselves.
